AGENCY ROLE (THE "MIDDLEMAN" CLAUSE)We act only as an agent for airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and tour operators. We do not own or operate these services. We are not responsible if a third-party provider cancels, delays a trip, or provides poor service. 2. PRICING AND AVAILABILITYAll prices are subject to change and availability until payment is processed in full. Rates may increase due to fuel surcharges, government taxes, or currency fluctuations. 3. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, & REFUNDSOur Fees: We charge a $50 change/cancellation fee in addition to any penalties levied by the airline or hotel. Non-Refundable Rates: Many promotional fares are 100% non-refundable.No-Shows: If you miss your departing flight, the airline will automatically cancel your return flight without a refund. 4. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & VISAS It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months past your return date), visas, and required health vaccinations. We are not liable if you are denied entry to a country.5. TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. We are not financially responsible for trip interruptions caused by medical emergencies, natural disasters, or severe weather.
